Mike Vick - Eligible for Week One?

NFL Fanhouse has reported that a final resolution to the Michael Vick issue could come as soon as this weekend. Based on their sources, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell is expected to reinstate Mike Vick immediately, which will make him eligible to play in the Eagles’ first regular season game against the Carolina Panthers.

Pacman Won’t Be Playing in the CFL

After hearing that Adam “Pacman” Jones would likely be playing for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers this season, the team released a statement Wednesday night saying they are no longer pursuing Mr. Jones. Several days ago, SI.com reported that Pacman passed up an offer from the UFL.
